Do I need a visa to go to the
Schengen countries?

Yes, all Thai citizens
need a visa to enter Schengen. |

Can you help me to get a visa?

It is up to the individual Embassies
and Migration Boards to decide who will be granted a visa. We do not
have anything to do with them as we are a private company. We can,
however, assist you with translation of documents, advice and help with
filling in applications, make insurance for you etc. So that your
documents are up to the standards the Embassies sets and expect. |

Can I extend my tourist visa
in a Schengen so I can stay longer than 90 days?

Yes, usually you may extend it for
up to 90 additional days. |

Where and when can I make a
claim for my insurance?

As a thumb of rule we can say
this is when you return to Thailand, so in other words; you pay any
expenses, then collect the receipts and claim when you return.
Exceptions are for example in medical emergencies.

while abroad?

No, you cannot. You must return to
Thailand and take out a new policy. |

We primarily translate documents
regarding different visa applications etc. But can translate any kind
of documents between the languages of Thai, English and most European
languages on request. |
